Cancellation/No Show Policy:
- Packages purchased cannot be transferred to another person.
- Packages are not exchangeable with other services or products.
- We strictly follow a no-show cancellation policy for all appointments.
- Call to cancel your appointment at least 12 hours before the appointment. Reschedule it to avoid cancellation charges.
- We will not be liable for delays in treatment caused due to late arrivals.
- A ‘No show’ is counted as a treatment received.
- Packages booked at special prices or under any ongoing offer are non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for any purchase through the incorrect merchant.
- We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are dispatched within two-three business days of receipt of your order.
- We charge $ 7.95 for shipping it to your doorstep.
- Goods will be sent to the address, given by you at the time of your order and will reach you as per stated time in the confirmation email.
